Introduction of Product

1)Function:

XAGA 500/550 product line has a high degree of protection against cracking and a convenient in use. Composite structure of the sleeve, reinforced with fiber, 

ensures high mechanical endurance during installation and afterwards. An integrated metal layer, which shrinks together with the sleeve, protects the splice from moisture. 

XAGA 500 is used on cables with the capacity up to 800 pairs. Branched closures can also be installed (max 3 cables from each side).

XAGA 550 contains a metal canister and can be installed on cables with a capacity of up to 3600 pairs.

Both types of closures can be installed on dry or gel-filled non-pressurised cables, with metal or polyethylene sheath, in ducts, on buried or aerial cables. 

XAGA 500/550 jointing closures are fiber reinforced jointing closures and widely used in non-pressurized telephone network for the protection of cable joints. 

2) Features: 

(1). Wraparound; Suitable for aerial, buried and ducted applications; applicable temperature range: -40~80C.

(2). Aluminum & glass composite structure gives excellent split resistance and good performance under high mechanical pressure. Sleeve has strong shrinkage and weather disturbance resistance.

(3). Inner layer is strong hot-melt adhesive to ensure high sticky capacity. Closures have good tightness under high & low temperature.

(4). Two white lines under channel and thermo-sensitive paint on the sleeve can assure proper installation.

(5) Installation is easy and can apply to different sizes cables.
