   管道焊口防腐3PE热缩套也称为3PE补口热收缩套，主要用于长输管线焊口的防腐。

   热缩套也是主要用于天然气、石油、化工管线焊口处的防腐。它的结构与热缩带相同，都是3PE结构，也就是聚乙烯基材层、热熔胶层以及环氧底漆层。

   聚乙烯基材层主要起机械保护作用，抵抗土壤压力、摩擦等。基材层是最外面的一层，与土壤、水分直接接触。热缩套内表面涂覆了热熔胶，热熔胶层主要是起到粘结环氧底漆层和聚乙烯基材层作用，当我们烘烤热缩套时，热熔胶层融化并从热缩套的两端均匀溢出1-2公分，使得基材层紧密贴紧钢管，并且隔绝空气和水分的进入。环氧底漆也称为双组分无溶剂环氧底漆，是涂刷在钢管表面的，是最里面的一层，主要作用是底漆慢慢固化成膜，有效隔离空气和水分。这三层结构紧密结合在一起，各自发挥作用，形成一个有效的，致密的整体。底漆层主要是涂刷在钢管表面，主要是起到防腐作用，以及使热缩套主体与钢管表面更好的粘结在一起。涂刷底漆前，钢管一定要按照要求进行除锈、除湿、除尘。拥有了这三层防腐结构体系才称为3PE热缩套，三者缺一不可。当我们用于一些PE管材的防腐时，一般是不涂刷底漆的，这个时候我们称之为2PE热缩套。
