The anticorrosive 3PE heat shrinkable sleeve of pipeline welding joint is also called 3PE heat shrinkable sleeve, which is mainly used for anticorrosion of the welding joint of long-distance pipeline.


   Heat-shrinkable sleeves are also mainly used for corrosion protection at the welding joints of natural gas, petroleum and chemical pipelines. Its structure is the same as the heat shrinkable tape, which is a 3PE structure, that is, a polyethylene substrate layer, a hot melt adhesive layer, and an epoxy primer layer.


   The polyethylene base material layer mainly plays a role of mechanical protection and resists soil pressure and friction. The base material layer is the outermost layer, which is in direct contact with soil and moisture. The inner surface of the heat shrinkable sleeve is coated with hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive layer mainly serves to bond the epoxy primer layer and the polyethylene substrate layer. When we bake the heat shrinkable sleeve, the hot melt adhesive layer melts and Evenly overflow 1-2 cm from both ends of the heat shrinkable sleeve, so that the base material layer closely adheres to the steel pipe, and the entry of air and moisture is blocked. Epoxy primer is also called two-component solvent-free epoxy primer, which is painted on the surface of the steel pipe and is the innermost layer. The main function is to slowly cure the primer into a film, effectively isolating air and moisture. The three-layer structure is tightly integrated and each plays its own role to form an effective and dense whole. The primer layer is mainly painted on the surface of the steel pipe, mainly for anticorrosion, and to better bond the main body of the heat shrinkable sleeve with the surface of the steel pipe. Before painting the primer, the steel pipe must be derusted, dehumidified and dedusted in accordance with the requirements. Only with these three layers of anticorrosive structural system is it called 3PE heat shrinkable sleeve, and the three are indispensable. When we use it for the anticorrosion of some PE pipes, it is generally not painted with primer, this time we call it 2PE heat shrink sleeve.

管道防腐3PE热缩套的结构是怎么样的

   管道焊口防腐3PE热缩套也称为3PE补口热收缩套,主要用于长输管线焊口的防腐。


   热缩套也是主要用于天然气、石油、化工管线焊口处的防腐。它的结构与热缩带相同,都是3PE结构,也就是聚乙烯基材层、热熔胶层以及环氧底漆层。


   聚乙烯基材层主要起机械保护作用,抵抗土壤压力、摩擦等。基材层是最外面的一层,与土壤、水分直接接触。热缩套内表面涂覆了热熔胶,热熔胶层主要是起到粘结环氧底漆层和聚乙烯基材层作用,当我们烘烤热缩套时,热熔胶层融化并从热缩套的两端均匀溢出1-2公分,使得基材层紧密贴紧钢管,并且隔绝空气和水分的进入。环氧底漆也称为双组分无溶剂环氧底漆,是涂刷在钢管表面的,是最里面的一层,主要作用是底漆慢慢固化成膜,有效隔离空气和水分。这三层结构紧密结合在一起,各自发挥作用,形成一个有效的,致密的整体。底漆层主要是涂刷在钢管表面,主要是起到防腐作用,以及使热缩套主体与钢管表面更好的粘结在一起。涂刷底漆前,钢管一定要按照要求进行除锈、除湿、除尘。拥有了这三层防腐结构体系才称为3PE热缩套,三者缺一不可。当我们用于一些PE管材的防腐时,一般是不涂刷底漆的,这个时候我们称之为2PE热缩套。
