  The PTFE spray high-performance special coating is a fluorine coating with PTFE as the matrix resin. The PTFE coating is a unique high-performance coating that combines heat resistance, chemical inertness and excellent insulation stability. Low friction, with comprehensive advantages that other coatings cannot match. Its flexibility in application allows it to be used on almost all shapes and sizes of products.

   PTFE spray is divided into several basic types: PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE:

   ·PTFE: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) non-stick coating can be used continuously at 260°C, with a service temperature of 290-300°C, extremely low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability.

   ·FEP: FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Copolymer) non-stick coating melts and flows to form a non-porous film during baking. It has excellent chemical stability and excellent non-stick characteristics. The high use temperature is 200 ℃.

   ·PFA: PFA (perfluoroalkyl compound) non-stick coating, like FEP, melts and flows during baking to form a non-porous film. The advantage of PFA is that it has a higher continuous use temperature of 260°C, stronger stiffness and toughness, and is especially suitable for anti-sticking and chemical resistance applications under high temperature conditions.

   ·ETFE: ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. The resin is the toughest fluoropolymer that can form a highly durable coating with excellent chemical resistance and can be continuous at 150°C jobs.

   After PTFE coating, it has the following characteristics:

   1. Non-sticky: Almost all substances are not bonded to the tetrafluoroethylene film. Very thin films also show good non-stick properties.

   2. Heat resistance: PTFE coating film has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperature to 300℃ in a short time, and generally can be used continuously between 240℃~260℃. It has remarkable thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement and does not melt at high temperature.

   3. Sliding property: PTFE coating has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load is sliding, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.

   4. Moisture resistance: The surface of the tetrafluoroethylene coating film does not stick to water and oil, and it is not easy to stick to the solution during production operations. If there is a small amount of dirt, simply wipe it to continue working. Short downtime, saving working hours and improving work efficiency.

   5. Wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance under high load. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-sticking.

   6. Corrosion resistance: PTFE is hardly corroded by chemicals, and can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.

   四氟喷涂分为PTFE、FEP、PFA、ETFE几种基本类型:

   ·PTFE：PTFE（聚四氟乙烯）不粘涂料可以在260℃连续使用，具有使用温度290-300℃，极低的摩擦系数、良好的耐磨性以及极好的化学稳定性。

   ·FEP：FEP（氟化乙烯丙稀共聚物）不粘涂料在烘烤时熔融流动形成无孔薄膜，具有优良的化学稳定性、极好的不粘特性，高使用温度为200℃。

   ·PFA：PFA（过氟烷基化物）不粘涂料与FEP一样在烘烤时熔融流动形成无孔薄膜。PFA的优点是具有更高的连续使用温度260℃，更强的刚韧度，特别适合使用在高温条件下防粘和耐化学性使用领域。

   ·ETFE：ETFE是一种乙烯和四氟乙烯的共聚物，该树脂是*坚韧的氟聚合物，可以形成一层高度耐用的涂层，具有优良的耐化学性，并可在150℃下连续工作。

   经过四氟涂装后，具有以下特性：

   1、不粘性：几乎所有物质都不与四氟涂膜粘合。很薄的膜也显示出很好的不粘附性能。

   2、耐热性：四氟涂膜具有优良的耐热和耐低温特性。短时间可耐高温到300℃，一般在240℃~260℃之间可连续使用，具有显著的热稳定性，它可以在冷冻温度下工作而不脆化，在高温下不融化。

   3、滑动性：四氟 涂膜有较低的摩擦系数。负载滑动时摩擦系数产生变化，但数值仅在0.05-0.15之间。

   4、抗湿性：四氟涂膜表面不沾水和油质，生产操作时也不易沾溶液，如粘有少量污垢，简单擦拭即可继续工作。停机时间短，节省工时并能提高工作效率。

   5、耐磨损性：在高负载下，具有优良的耐磨性能。在一定的负载下，具备耐磨损和不粘附的双重优点。

   6、耐腐蚀性：四氟几乎不受药品侵蚀，可以保护零件免于遭受任何种类的化学腐蚀。
