Key to control pipeline corrosion

Design, construction and management are three important aspects of corrosion control.

1. Design is the first link of corrosion control, including correct selection of anti-corrosion technology, reasonable selection of anti-corrosion materials and reasonable design of equipment structure. The structure of the equipment must not only meet the production process requirements, but also consider the rationality of the structure according to the need of corrosion protection. When designing anticorrosion schemes, consideration should be given to the stability, source, performance, life and price of the selected material in the working environment. Therefore, first of all, the leading design professional to take active countermeasures. At the same time, there must be technical personnel familiar with anti-corrosion engineering to participate in the design phase of the work, with the process, equipment, civil engineering, general drawing personnel closely cooperate, coordinate with each other, take comprehensive measures.

2. Construction is an important link related to whether various anti-corrosion measures can achieve the expected anti-corrosion effect. Only with good anticorrosion construction quality can the protection effect of anticorrosion technology be brought into play. Otherwise, no matter how good anticorrosion technology is, it cannot be effective. Therefore must carry on the construction strictly according to the construction regulations, and carries on the inspection and acceptance according to the quality standard.

3. Management, including construction management and operation management. Construction management includes the formulation of construction plans, technical procedures and construction plans, quality inspection and construction records during construction. Operation management includes the maintenance and management of equipment and pipelines that have adopted anti-corrosion measures, regular maintenance and repair, and the establishment of equipment anti-corrosion technical files.

设计、施工、管理是控制腐蚀的三个重要环节。

     1，设计是控制腐蚀的第一个环节，包括正确选用防腐蚀技术、合理选用耐腐蚀材料以及合理设计设备结构。设备的结构除了要满足生产工艺要求外，还必须根据防腐的需要考虑其结构的合理性。设计防腐方案时，应当考虑所选材料在工作环境中得稳定性、来源、施工性能、寿命以及价格。因此，首先要求主导设计专业采取积极的对策。同时，必须有通晓防腐蚀工程的技术人员参与设计阶段的工作，与工艺、设备、土建、总图人员密切配合，相互协调，采取综合措施。

      2，施工是关系到各种防腐蚀措施能否达到预期防腐蚀效果的重要环节。防腐施工质量好，才能发挥防腐技术的保护作用，否则，再好的防腐蚀技术也不能奏效。所以必须严格按施工规程进行施工，并按质量标准进行检查验收。

      3，管理，包括施工管理和运行管理。施工管理包括施工计划、工艺规程和施工方案的制订，施工中得质量检查和施工记录。运行管理包括对已采取防腐措施的设备、管道等的维护管理，定期进行维护检修，建立设备防腐技术档案等。
