First, to choose a suitable heating tool, it is best to use a heating spray gun. Avoid blue flames when heating, and the flames should be yellow. Heat evenly and control the temperature.

Second, push the heat-shrinkable protective sleeve placed on the object in advance into the designated position. The spray gun should be slowly approached, and then heat-shrink from the middle of the heat-shrinkable protective sleeve to the two ends in the circumferential direction.

Third, after the heat shrinkage is completed, the surface of the heat shrinkable protective sleeve is free of wrinkles and cracks.

Fourth, do not be affected by any external force until the heat-shrinkable jacket has cooled down.

Fifth, because the heat-shrinkable protective sleeve is expanded with air, that is, it is placed in a copper pipe to expand with gas. When the force is unevenly expanded, the heat-shrinkable protective sleeve will have a partial wall. Don't worry about this. The normal partial wall is normal. When we heat and shrink, the partial wall phenomenon will decrease accordingly. When we encounter a partial wall situation, we heat it in accordance with the normal process and uniformly heat it, so that the place where it shrinks first shrinks as much as possible, and then heat it appropriately in a thicker place. Be careful not to cause fire due to the wall thickness The source is heated at a short distance, which will scorch the surface of the heat shrink sleeve.


厚胶中壁热缩管的施工方法

电缆的中间连接,可以选择厚胶中壁热缩管来进行防护。今天主要介绍的是厚胶中壁热缩管的使用方法:

第一,要选择合适的加热工具,最好使用加热喷枪,加热时尽量避免蓝色火焰,火焰要呈黄色。加热要均匀加热,控制好温度。

第二,将事先套在物体上的热缩护套管推入指定位置,喷枪要慢慢靠近,然后从热缩护套管的中间向两端,沿圆周方向充分均匀加热收缩。

第三,加热收缩完成后,热缩护套管的表面无褶皱,无开裂痕迹。

第四,在热缩护套管没冷却之前,不要受到任何外力的影响。

第五,由于热缩护套管是用气扩,也就是放在铜管内用气进行扩张,当受力不均匀的进行扩张时,热缩护套管就会产生偏壁。这一点大家不用担心,正常的偏壁是正常的,当我们加热收缩时,偏壁现象会相应减小。我们在遇到偏壁情况时,按照正常工序进行加热,均匀加热,让先收缩的地方尽量先收缩,然后再在适当偏厚的位置再适当多加热,注意千万不要因为壁厚而使火源近距离加热,这样会烤焦热缩护套管的表面。
