二、玻纤管内径偏小(大):
原因:
1、工装使用不当、磨损、工装脏污,孔内有杂物;
2、坯管编织异常;
3、扁管;
4、机器传动故障。
三、电压不够(稳):
原因:
1、漆浓度过低;
2、出气泡;
3、原胶品质问题;
4、坯管编织不良,过于稀疏松散;
5、员工操作有误。
四、玻璃纤维套管颜色不均:
原因:
1、脱蜡温度设置不恰当;
2、脱蜡温度不稳定;
3、外界冷空气进入脱蜡炉;
4、坯管编织异常。
五、玻纤管有颗粒:
原因:
1、过漆未过滤干净;
2、漆桶长时间使用未清洗;
3、原胶品质有异常;
4、导轮不干净,有硬胶沾染到坯管上。
六、玻纤管污渍:
原因:
1、前工序造成;
2、通坯处坯管沾染水渍,油渍或其他污染物;
3、串色;
4、拖地沾染灰尘或其他杂物;
5、漆不干净,有杂物或混有其他颜色。
七、壁厚不合要求:
原因:
1、坯管编织不合要求;
2、内胶管挤出时不合要求或者挤出壁厚不稳定;
3、漆浓度不恰当;
4、机台速度设置不恰当或者不稳定。
