Definition of resin for fiberglass tube raw material:


Resins usually have a range of hardening or melting after heating, and tend to flow under external force when softening. They are solid, semi-solid or sometimes liquid organic polymers at room temperature.


Generally speaking, any macromolecule compound that can be used as raw material for plastic products processing is called resin.

3. Processing methods of raw resin for fiberglass tubes:


(1) Thermoplastic resin: It has the properties of heating softening, cooling hardening and no chemical reaction. No matter how many times heating and cooling are repeated, it can maintain this property.


(2) Thermosetting resin refers to a kind of resin that changes chemically after being heated, hardens gradually, and does not soften or dissolve after being heated.

(2) Coatings: cohesiveness, weatherability and hydrophobicity


(3) Binder: Adhesiveness


(4) Plastics: insulation and heat resistance


(5) Micropowder and trapezoidal polymer: fire resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation


6. Common resins:


Silane resin, polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, epoxy resin.

一、玻璃纤维管原料树脂定义:

   树脂通常是指受热后有硬化或熔融范围,软化时在外力作用下有流动倾向,常温下是固态、半固态,有时也可以是液态的有机聚合物。

广义地讲,可以作为塑料制品加工原料的任何高分子化合物都称为树脂的。


二、玻璃纤维管原料树脂分类:

   天然树脂、合成树脂


三、玻璃纤维管原料树脂加工方式:

(1)热塑性树脂:是具有受热软化、冷却硬化的性能,而且不起化学反应,无论加热和冷却重复进行多少次,均能保持这种性能。

(2)热固性树脂,是指树脂加热后产生化学变化,逐渐硬化成型,再受热也不软化,也不能溶解的一种树脂。

    分子结构:-CH3       电绝缘性能好,耐热性能优良、脱模性能好

    分子结构:-C6H5      热稳定性能好

(1)电绝缘漆:阻燃性、耐热、耐磨

(2)涂料:粘结性、耐候、憎水性

(3)粘结剂:粘结性

(4)塑料:绝缘、耐热

(5)微粉及梯形聚合物:耐火性、耐热性、电绝缘性

六、常用树脂:

   硅烷树脂、聚酯树脂、乙烯基酯树脂、环氧树脂。
