交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆结构
交联聚乙烯电缆是以交联聚乙烯作为绝缘的塑料电缆,XLPE是英文全称Cross Linded Polyethyene的缩写。国产的XLPE绝缘电缆用YJLV和YJV表示,YJ表示交联聚乙烯,L表示铝芯(铜芯可省略),V表示PVC护套。

交联聚乙烯电缆所用线芯除特殊要求外,均采用紧压型线芯,其作用是:

(1)使外表面光滑,防止导丝效应,避免引起电场集中;

(2)防止挤塑半导电屏蔽层时半导电料进入线芯;

(3)可有效地防止水分顺线芯进入。

因此,在电缆安装时应选用配合紧压线芯的企具,否则压接质量不好,引起连接部位发热。

绝缘内外的半导电屏蔽层均采用加炭黑的交联聚乙烯料,有的还会在外面套上热缩管,早期交联电缆的外半导电屏蔽层也有使用石墨布绕包形成的,但这种结构性能不好,随着内、外半导电屏蔽层及绝缘三层同时挤出工艺的成熟,现在己经被淘汰,当选用电缆时应尽量不采用绕包型屏蔽结构电缆。半导电屏蔽层的体积电阻率一般在100 Q cm以下,其厚度一般为1-2 mm,根据国家标准,10 kV及以下电缆的外半导电层为可剥离层,35 kV以上为不可剥离层,这种要求的主要原因是因为可剥离层的存在使电缆抗局部放电能力降低,当安装附件时,会在微小局部造成气隙。

电缆金属屏蔽层,又称铜带屏蔽,它将对电缆故障电流提供回路并提供一个稳定的地电位,铜带(丝)的截面可按故障电流大小、持续时间,以及接地为一端还是两端选定。35 kV及以下电压等级的单芯和三芯交联电缆用钢带作为恺装层,起机械保护作用。110 kV及以上电压等级XLPE电缆的铂装均采川波纹铝(铜、铅、不锈钢)护套,作为恺装和内防水护套川,因为不论是PE或PVC护套,其吸水率分别为0 .01%和0.15%-’l%,而金属儿乎不透水,所以超高压电缆均川不透水的金属内护套.如广州供电局引进的日本生产的!10 kV XLPE绝缘电缆,采川的是波纹铝护套;石家庄供电局引进的瑞典110 kV XLPE绝缘电缆,采用的是波纹铜护套;济南供电局引进的澳大利亚I10 kV XLPE绝缘电缆,采用的是波纹不锈钢护套;等等。另外,在超高压电缆内护套中,还有防水带等隔水工艺,使得己进入的水分不易扩散。
