This type of heating is often used in some harness enterprises to process heat shrink tubes in large quantities. After all, the heating tool for this heat shrink tube is also expensive and is not suitable when using the heat shrink tube in small batches. Heating method of heat shrink tube

The heat shrink tube is a polymer alloy made from a mixture of high-quality polymers and made by scientific formulations and machinery. The product is formed by the electronic accelerator irradiation crosslinking and continuous expansion. Products with soft, flame retardant, rapid shrinkage, widely used in wire connections, welding spot protection, wire end, harness and electronic components protection and insulation treatment, wire pole identification and other products.


We usually have three ways to heat the shrink tube: a lighter, a hot air gun, and an oven. The lighter is a convenient and commonly used tool for heating the shrink tube, but its temperature is as high as 1000 degrees, which is much higher than the shrinkage temperature of the heat shrink tube. Therefore, when we use the lighter, we must pay attention to move back and forth so that the heat shrink tube can be heated evenly as a whole. To prevent the heat shrink tube from burning out, it does not make the shape of the heat shrink tube very ugly. However, in reality, we tend not to control the temperature of the lighter easily burn the heat shrink tube, so we recommend the use of professional heating tools.


1. Hot air gun heating is a professional tool, heating gun heating method: open the heating gun, warm up the entire section of the copper rod requiring a retractable sleeve. The heating should be uniform so that the temperature of the copper rod is higher than the ambient temperature, which is about 60 degrees C.

When heating, the heating gun should be moved evenly, so that the casing heating uniform, but the local temperature can not be too high, resulting in the heat shrink tube burning or sticky cold phenomenon. At the end of the heating, after cooling the copper rod, according to the "bus manufacturing and assembly process specifications" requirements, the use of electric knives to pull out the copper drain heat shrink tube mating position, pull the sleeve, the force should not be too large, so as not to damage the copper row. After processing, if there are stains on the surface of the heat shrink tube, apply an alcohol cloth to wipe.

3. Heat shrink tube heating, in the heating oven, pay attention to the layout is uniform, do not pile together, so as to avoid the above problems.

Turn on the oven, set the temperature at around 60 c to 70 degrees C, preheat the whole object with a heat shrink tube for 5 minutes, remove the heated object from the oven, cover the proper length of the heat shrink tube, and wear protective gloves during operation to avoid burns. According to the copper-drained heat shrink tube manufacturer, after selecting the right temperature and heating time, heat the copper drain heat shrink tube in the oven, be careful not to squeeze too much copper in the oven. In order to avoid the pressure generated by the copper drain heat shrink tube when the heat shrink effect is not good, at the end of the heating, after cooling the copper rod with an electric knife, the copper drain heat shrink tube is pulled out of the mating place in accordance with the "bus manufacturing and assembly process procedure". When pulling out the casing, the force should not be too large, so as not to damage the copper rod, after processing, if the copper pipe surface stains, apply a cloth cleaning (impregnated solvent, if necessary, does not affect the insulation performance of the casing).

三、使用烤箱或烤箱加热收缩管。

五、其它加热工具

除了上述热收缩管加热工具外,还存在诸如打火机、电加热丝、加热开水、家用吹风机、酒精喷灯、烙铁等可替代的热收缩管加热工具。


热缩管的加热方法

热缩管是以优质聚合物为原料,经科学配方和机械共混而成的聚合物合金。该产品是通过电子加速器辐照交联和连续膨胀形成的。产品具有柔软,阻燃,迅速萎缩,广泛应用于电线连接、焊点保护、线端、线束及电子元器件的保护和绝缘处理、电线杆的标识等产品。


我们通常有三种加热收缩管的方法:打火机、热气枪和烤箱。打火机是加热收缩管的一种方便和常用的工具,但其温度高达1000度,远高于热收缩管的收缩温度。因此,当我们使用打火机时,我们必须注意来回移动,这样热收缩管就可以作为一个整体均匀加热。为了防止热收缩管燃烧出来,也不会使热收缩管的形状变得很难看。然而,在现实中,我们往往无法控制打火机的温度容易烧毁热收缩管,所以我们推荐使用专业的加热工具。

3.热收缩管加热,在加热烤箱时,要注意布局均匀,不要堆放在一起,以免出现上述问题。

打开烤箱,将温度设定在60℃~70℃左右,用热收缩管预热整个物体5分钟;将加热物体从烤箱中取出,盖上适当长度的热收缩管,在操作过程中戴上防护手套,以避免烫伤。根据铜排热收缩管制造商提供的信息,在选择合适的温度和加热时间后,用烤箱加热铜排热收缩管,注意烘箱中的铜排不要挤压过大。为了避免铜排热缩管在热收缩效果不好时产生的压力,在加热结束时,用电刀将铜棒冷却后,按照“母线制造和装配工艺规程”,将铜排热收缩管拔出搭接处。拔出套管时,力不应过大,以免损坏铜棒;加工后,如果铜管表面有污渍,应用抹布清洗(浸渍溶剂,必要时不影响套管绝缘性能)。
