带胶双壁热缩管又叫含胶热缩管，双壁热缩套管，带胶双壁热缩管比普通热缩管防水能力强，主要原因有两点：

选择热收缩工具一般有三种：1、选用烤箱；2.选用工业用热风枪；3.选用开水煮。

经过大量试验，我们发现我司生产的热缩管收缩较快，可以为客户节省能耗。建议选用烤箱时（有密封式的恒温箱和隧道式烤箱两种）温度设定在120-150度即可，大批量套管放在一起收缩时双壁热缩管间大约3-5分钟，选用工业用热吹风筒收缩时间一般3秒以上，热吹风筒高温时可以超出200度，吹风筒口须距离热缩套管约2CM以上以免烧焦套管。选用开水煮的收缩方式主要是一些客户的产品不能浸水，避免客户产品被氧化，如液晶电器用的电线等。第1和第2种热缩方式，对于较长热缩套管须注意套管排气，最好从一端往另一端进行收缩，以免封气收缩后出现鼓泡。

你需要的热缩管是比较特殊的，现行的厂家的货都不能满足你的要求，只有厂家订做了，当然订做是需要一定的量的。主要是因为一个成本问题：首先每次配方都花费不少精力，特别是特殊颜色的热缩管，其次密炼机有高温热缩管个最小量，做不同颜色的热缩管，挤出机都需要清机，就是用要做颜色的料进去把原来杂质料一点点清出来，可想而知这需要浪费多少料，所以通常情况下要求有一定的起定量，比如小规格几个毫米口径的要上万米，即便是大口径150的也要上千米。大口径的做的太少就更麻烦了，几十米的话热缩管的花费连挤出机电费都付不上，大口径热缩管用的是大型挤出机，开机就得1000多元成本，所以不会随便开机，开机一分钟也要挤出几十米热缩管产品，而且虽然你只需要几千米，但是热缩管厂家得留出富余量，不够就麻烦了，多出点还好。
