Double-wall heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive is also called heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive, double-wall heat-shrinkable sleeve, double-wall heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive has stronger waterproofing ability than ordinary heat-shrinkable tube. The main reasons are as follows:

Firstly, there is a layer of hot melt glue on the inner wall of the double-wall heat shrinkable tube with adhesive. After heating, the hot melt glue melts rapidly, fills the void of the inclusion, and then the outer polyolefin shrinks tightly, so the thickness of the shrinkable heat shrinkable tube increases obviously and the wear resistance is strengthened. The ordinary heat shrinkable tube is only a single layer with no hot melt glue in the inner layer.

Moreover, because the shrinkage rate of double-wall heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive is higher than that of ordinary heat-shrinkable tube, the ordinary heat-shrinkable tube is only 2:1, the double-wall heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive has 3:1 and 4:1, even up to 6:1. Such heat-shrinkable tube is more suitable for irregular products besides sealing and waterproof characteristics, such as the difference of specifications between two ends is large, and the ordinary heat-shrinkable tube can not be compressed. Next, we usually choose double-wall heat shrinkable tube with adhesive. With the improvement of people's living standards and the corresponding improvement of the safety requirements for the use of products, many products now use double-wall heat shrinkable tube with adhesive. Now it is widely used in the wiring waterproof of electronic equipment, air leakage prevention, sealing and fixing of wire branches, anti-corrosion protection of metal wire and cable, repair of wire and cable, wiring of water pump and submersible pump. Waterproof and other places.

There are generally three kinds of heat shrinkage tools: 1. oven selection; 2. industrial hot air gun selection; 3. boiling water selection.

After a lot of experiments, we found that the shrinkage of the heat shrinkable tubes produced by our company is faster, which can save energy for customers. It is suggested that the temperature of oven (sealed constant temperature oven and tunnel oven) should be set at 120-150 degrees. When large quantities of tubes are put together to shrink, the shrinkage time of double-wall heat shrinkage tubes should be about 3-5 minutes. The shrinkage time of industrial hot air blower should be more than 3 seconds. When the hot air blower is heated, it can exceed 200 degrees. The outlet of the blower should be more than 2 CM away from the heat shrinkage tube to avoid burning the tube. Choosing boiling shrinkage mode is mainly that some customers'products can not be immersed in water to avoid oxidation of customers' products, such as LCD electrical wiring. For the first and second heat shrinkage modes, attention should be paid to casing exhaust for longer heat shrinkage casing, and it is better to shrink from one end to the other, so as to avoid bubbling after sealing shrinkage.

The heat shrinkage pipes you need are quite special. The current manufacturer's goods can not meet your requirements. Only the manufacturer has ordered them. Of course, the customization needs a certain quantity. Mainly because of a cost problem: first of all, every formulation spends a lot of energy, especially the special color of the heat shrinkable tube, secondly, the mixer has the minimum number of high temperature heat shrinkable tubes, do different color heat shrinkable tubes, extruders need to clean up, that is, to do color of the material into the original impurities out a little bit, you can imagine how much material is wasted, so the usual situation The following requirements have a certain starting quantitative, such as small specifications of several millimeter calibre to tens of thousands of meters, even large calibre 150 to thousands of meters. It is more troublesome to do too little large-caliber heat-shrinkable pipe. If the cost of heat-shrinkable pipe is tens of meters, even the cost of extruder can't be paid. Large-caliber heat-shrinkable pipe uses a large extruder. It costs more than 1000 yuan to start the machine. Therefore, it won't start the machine casually. It also needs to extrude tens of meters heat-shrinkable pipe products in a minute. Although you only need several kilometers, the heat-shrinkable pipe manufacturers have to leave surplus, which is not enough. I'm in trouble. It's OK to have more.



带胶双壁热缩管防水性能分析选择热收缩工具要点

带胶双壁热缩管又叫含胶热缩管,双壁热缩套管,带胶双壁热缩管比普通热缩管防水能力强,主要原因有两点:

首先是带胶双壁热缩管的内壁有一层热熔胶,经加热后热熔胶迅速熔化,填满被包物的空隙,然后外面聚烯烃紧紧收缩,这样收缩后的热缩管厚度明显增加,耐磨程度得到了加强。而普通热缩管只是单层,内层不带热熔胶。

再者是因为带胶双壁热缩管相对于普通热缩管收缩率要高,普通热缩管一般只有2:1,带胶双壁热缩管有3:1和4:1,甚至可高达6:1,这样的热缩管除了密封防水的特性外,它更适合于一些不规则的产品,比如两端规格相差比较大,普通热缩管往往无法缩紧的情况下,一般就选用带胶双壁热缩管,随着人民生活水平的提高和对产品的使用安全要求也相应的提高了,现在好多产品都使用带胶双壁热缩管,现被广泛用于电子设备的接线防水,防漏气,电线分支处的密封固定,金属线管的防腐保护,电线电缆的修补,水泵,潜水泵的接线防水等场所。



选择热收缩工具一般有三种:1、选用烤箱;2.选用工业用热风枪;3.选用开水煮。


经过大量试验,我们发现我司生产的热缩管收缩较快,可以为客户节省能耗。建议选用烤箱时(有密封式的恒温箱和隧道式烤箱两种)温度设定在120-150度即可,大批量套管放在一起收缩时双壁热缩管间大约3-5分钟,选用工业用热吹风筒收缩时间一般3秒以上,热吹风筒高温时可以超出200度,吹风筒口须距离热缩套管约2CM以上以免烧焦套管。选用开水煮的收缩方式主要是一些客户的产品不能浸水,避免客户产品被氧化,如液晶电器用的电线等。第1和第2种热缩方式,对于较长热缩套管须注意套管排气,最好从一端往另一端进行收缩,以免封气收缩后出现鼓泡。

你需要的热缩管是比较特殊的,现行的厂家的货都不能满足你的要求,只有厂家订做了,当然订做是需要一定的量的。主要是因为一个成本问题:首先每次配方都花费不少精力,特别是特殊颜色的热缩管,其次密炼机有高温热缩管个最小量,做不同颜色的热缩管,挤出机都需要清机,就是用要做颜色的料进去把原来杂质料一点点清出来,可想而知这需要浪费多少料,所以通常情况下要求有一定的起定量,比如小规格几个毫米口径的要上万米,即便是大口径150的也要上千米。大口径的做的太少就更麻烦了,几十米的话热缩管的花费连挤出机电费都付不上,大口径热缩管用的是大型挤出机,开机就得1000多元成本,所以不会随便开机,开机一分钟也要挤出几十米热缩管产品,而且虽然你只需要几千米,但是热缩管厂家得留出富余量,不够就麻烦了,多出点还好。
