The combined use of fluororubber and ACM has not yet come, and the research on the FPM/ACM combined system has always been a hot spot in the research of fluororubber combined. Acrylic rubber (ACM) has the biggest feature of heat resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance and ozone resistance, good processing performance, and can be used to manufacture sealing products that can be used for a long time at an oil temperature of 150°C. In addition, the price of ACM is lower, and the overall cost is about 10% of FPM. The combined use of the two is designed to produce low-cost products that are resistant to oil and high temperature and can replace FPM in some occasions. It is reported that FPM/ACM combined glue can be made into sealing products with temperature up to 180℃. Research by Zhang Jun et al. showed that in the FPM/ACM blending system with FPM as the main component, either FPM curing system or FPM curing agent-based curing system can be used instead of ACM vulcanization alone. As the vulcanization system of FPM/ACM blends, it may lead to low mechanical properties of the blend, low Shore A hardness, large tensile elongation, long-term deformation at break, and obvious insufficient vulcanization. . In addition, since the cross-linking active groups of ACM and FPM can directly react (or combine), the blending does not require the use of a vulcanizing agent. Basic formula (parts by mass): fluorine rubber F26B 100; light MgO13; calcium hydroxide 4; 3# vulcanizing agent 3; polyethylene wax 2; spray carbon black 10. ACM rubber AR72S100; stearic acid 1; sulfur 1.3; potassium stearate 1.3; sodium stearate 3; spray carbon black 50; N550 carbon black 30; polyethylene wax 3; simethicone 3; anti-scorching agent CTP1. 5; Anti-aging agent ODA 2. Japan GAMEX company developed this kind of blended glue (trade name FAEl23). The heat resistance of the blended rubber meets the F grade of automobile rubber material (ACM is D grade), has excellent weather resistance, low cost, and processing performance is equivalent to general synthetic rubber. MitsuruK-ishine and others later developed a new FPM/ACM blend (AG), and compared it with ACM and FPM compounds. Its heat resistance and compression long-term deformation are better than ACM, and its low temperature resistance is better. FPM, the cost is between the two, and the rubber has good processing performance and process safety. It can be used in fields that require engine oil resistance and cold resistance at the same time as low cost, such as sealing products in the automotive industry or other industrial fields. (O-rings, gaskets, seals, etc.), extruded products (shaft sleeves, hoses) and lift valve seats, diaphragms, rubber rollers, tapes, wire skins, etc. The research results of Zhang Jun and others on this kind of blended rubber also show that the blended rubber has good overall performance and the cost is lower than FPM.
