履带式自动热缩管加热机
履带式自动热缩管加热机是一款卧式全自动热缩管加热设备。操作时在机器的前端连续将导线放入传输口,履带对线束进行自动传输,通过热缩区完成热缩加工,然后在机器末端自动冷却,最后线束掉落在工装槽内。经过这样一个操作流程,就完成了热缩加工。
履带式自动热缩管加热机能控制电机停转、加热短线、加热腔打开、温度超限、电源误关断、工作温度偏差等。机器的使用时间、加工数量可以自动记录。
