   半自动热缩管加热机是一款台式轻便热缩管加热设备，主要由红外发热器和加热控制箱组成。通过加热控制箱上的面板可以控制热缩时的加热温度和加热时间。同时，还具有计数和防止加热计时错误的功能。

   半自动热缩管加热机使用时，操作员只要将线束的热缩部位放入加热器中，启动加热开关，加热完成后加热控制箱面板上声光提示员工移开线束，即本操作完成，可以进行下一个。

以下是使用半自动热缩管加热机加热热缩管的主要特点。

   1）优点占用生产厂区较小，便于搬动和移位；加热温度均匀性好，加热效率比热风枪机高；具有一定的防错和安全保护功能。

   2）缺点需要规划专门的生产厂区；操作人员必须经过专业培训，需要专人操作；需要一定的资金和设备投入。

   3）使用范围适合各个生产阶段的线束热缩加工，使用范围广泛。

履带式自动热缩管加热机

   履带式自动热缩管加热机是一款卧式全自动热缩管加热设备。操作时在机器的前端连续将导线放入传输口，履带对线束进行自动传输，通过热缩区完成热缩加工，然后在机器末端自动冷却，最后线束掉落在工装槽内。经过这样一个操作流程，就完成了热缩加工。

   履带式自动热缩管加热机能控制电机停转、加热短线、加热腔打开、温度超限、电源误关断、工作温度偏差等。机器的使用时间、加工数量可以自动记录。

以下是使用履带式自动热缩管加热机加热热缩管的主要特点。
