对于钢管防腐补口的处理仍然使用的材料是热缩套管,但是有很多的客户在购买的过程中对于热缩套管的收缩宽度,也就是补口宽度不是比较熟悉,对于上述这样的情况。小编根据行业标准SY/T0413-2002以及国家标准GB/T23257-2009中相关要求,为大家讲讲热缩套管在使用的过程中怎样来确定补口的宽度。

对于热缩套管的补口宽度的计算,需要进行四个方面的考虑,分别是钢管预留的长度、聚乙烯层搭接宽度,补口材料纵向收缩率、经济考虑。在这四个因素中前两种是主要的因素,第三个因素低技术上的因素热缩管,经济上的因素比较复杂,就部位打大家详细介绍。以上四种因素将会决定补口热缩套管以及补口热缩套管的宽度。

1、钢管的预留长度

钢管在加工的过程中做了防腐处理,都会在钢管的两头留下一定的长度,用来进行补口。对于钢管的补口留多长没有什么明确的规定。在实际使用的过程中叶没有什么实际的规定,而且钢管的口径对预留段的长度也是有一定影响的,通常预留的长度不会超过150mm,以此数据作为参考是比较普遍的。


2、聚乙烯层搭接宽度

在补口施工的过程中,热缩套管与聚乙烯防腐层需要保持双壁热缩管定的数值,目前在国标与行业中的数值都是比较标准的,不会小于100mm,通常以这样的数值来进行参考是比较普遍的。


3、补口材料纵向收缩率

热缩套管在施工的过程中,其中宽度与出厂时成品的宽度会有一定的区别,对于这样的比值我们称为纵向收缩率。这些数值与实际的施工的产品、钢管口径、施工都是由一定关系的,是比较复杂的,一般的要求不会大于5%。所以较小的口径,一般不会超过钢管的防腐补口,对于比较优质的产品,是不会考虑这一因素的,如果补口比较大可以考虑增加材料的宽度。


热缩套管的补口宽高温热缩管度,最常用的是500mm,对于小口径的钢管,可以减小使用,这是因为钢管的预留段通常比较小。在采购的过程中需要考虑到实际工程的需要,这样确定热缩套管的宽度就比较合理。
