LED sintering

The purpose of sintering is to solidify the silver glue, sintering requires the temperature to be monitored to prevent poor batch sex. The temperature of silver gum sintering is generally controlled at 150 ℃, and the sintering time is 2 hours. According to the actual situation can be adjusted to 170 ℃, 1 hours. Insulation glue generally 150 ℃, 1 hours.

Silver gum sintering oven must be in accordance with the process requirements of 2 hours (or 1 hours) to open the replacement of sintered products, the middle should not be opened at will. Sintered ovens shall not be used for any other purpose to prevent contamination.

LED Pressure Welding

The purpose of pressure welding is to lead the electrode to the LED chip to complete the connection of the internal and external leads of the product.

LED pressure welding process has gold wire ball welding and aluminum wire pressure welding two kinds. Aluminum wire pressure welding process for the LED chip electrode on the first 1th, and then pull the aluminum wire to the corresponding bracket, press the 2nd after the pull off the aluminum wire. The golden filament ball welding process burns a ball before pressing the 1th, and the rest of the process is similar.

Pressure welding is the key link in LED packaging technology, the main need to monitor the process is the pressure welding golden (aluminum wire) arch wire shape, solder point shape, tensile force.

在我们双方多次沟通了解下,我们了解了他们的应用途径对于热缩管的特殊要求,在LED灯的制作环节中有至关重要的环节,而这特殊的环节有着极高的要求要求,普通的热缩套管完全不能满足他们的需求,而我们的FEP套管的标准完全符合他们的需求和标准,让我们看下他们的具体要求:

LED烧结

烧结的目的是使银胶固化,烧结要求对温度进行监控,防止批次性不良。银胶烧结的温度一般控制在150℃,烧结时间2小时。根据实际情况可以调整到170℃,1小时。绝缘胶一般150℃,1小时。

银胶烧结烘箱的必须按工艺要求隔2小时(或1小时)打开更换烧结的产品,中间不得随意打开。烧结烘箱不得再其他用途,防止污染。

LED压焊

压焊的目的是将电极引到LED芯片上,完成产品内外引线的连接工作。

LED的压焊工艺有金丝球焊和铝丝压焊两种。铝丝压焊的过程为先在LED芯片电极上压上第一点,再将铝丝拉到相应的支架上方,压上第二点后扯断铝丝。金丝球焊过程则在压第一点前先烧个球,其余过程类似。

压焊是LED封装技术中的关键环节,工艺上主要需要监控的是压焊金丝(铝丝)拱丝形状,焊点形状,拉力。
