PE irradiated cross-linked heat shrinkable pipes have the advantages of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength and good chemical resistance. PET thermal shrinkable sleeve is a new generation of packaging material, which is not much different from PVC thermal shrinkable sleeve and will not increase the user's investment in equipment. Two-wall heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive and one-wall heat-shrinkable tube are both processed from polyolefin substrates.
A layer of hot melt glue is added to the wall of the double-wall heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive, which makes the water-proof and moisture-proof performance more excellent. The outer layer is composed of radiation crosslinking polyolefins, and the inner layer is a specially designed rubber inner wall. When heated, the inner wall melts and fills the voids or cracks with the shrinkage of the outer wall. After cooling, the wall thickness of the heat-shrinkable tube with rubber is uniform and firm. Widely used in electronic equipment wiring waterproof, wire branch sealing and fixing, metal pipeline anti-corrosion protection, as well as to prevent loosening and falling off caused by polymer chain relaxation, such as underwater lighting, automobile oil pipeline, automobile wiring harness, advanced wiring harness and so on. Single-wall heat-shrinkable pipe has only one wall. In long-term use, due to the role of thermal expansion and contraction, there will be a gap between the pipe and the product, which is easy to get moisture in. Therefore, if the product is used in a humid environment, it is recommended to use double-wall heat-shrinkable tube with adhesive.

PET热缩套管和PVC热缩套管无多大区别,不会增加用户在设备方面的投资,是新一代的包装材料。PET热收缩管具有无毒性,且易于回收,对人体和环境不会产生毒害影响,更符合环保要求。在使用方法上,是电解电容器、电感等电子元器件、高档充电电池,玩具及医疗器械的外包覆,完全能满足出口要求。
带胶双壁热缩管与单壁热缩管两者都是聚烯烃类基材加工而成。
前者内热缩管壁多了一层热熔胶,这样防水防潮性能更优异。外层是由辐射交联聚烯烃组成,内层是专门设计的胶性内壁;加热时内壁熔融,并随外壁收缩填充孔隙或缝隙,冷却后,带胶热缩管壁厚均匀、坚实。广泛应用于电子设备的接线防水,电线分支处的密封固定,金属管线的防腐保护,以及防止由高分子链松弛产生的松动和脱落,如水下灯饰、汽车油管、汽车线束、高级线束等。特点:柔软、阻燃、良好的密封、防潮、防水性能。
后者由只有一层壁,长期使用时,由于热胀冷缩的作用,管材与产品之间会出现缝隙,容易有潮气进去。因此,如果产品使用环境潮气较大的话,建议用带胶双壁热缩管热缩管。
