There are two kinds of middle-wall heat-shrinkable pipes, one is with glue (double-wall pipe) and the other is without glue. They can be divided into semi-hard and conventional middle-wall heat-shrinkable pipes according to their hardness. Medium-wall pipes with adhesive are made of high-quality polyolefin materials and environmentally friendly hot melt adhesive layer. Medium-wall pipes without adhesive are elaborately processed with high-quality polyolefin materials. They are widely used for insulation protection of low-voltage electric power and mechanical strain buffer and anti-corrosion protection. The products have the characteristics of insulation, sealing and waterproof (middle-wall of adhesive), softness, self-extinguishing of outer layer and environmental protection.

Quality inspection of anticorrosive heat shrinkable sleeve: check the appearance of the filling one by one. The surface of the anticorrosive heat shrinkable tube should be smooth and smooth, without wrinkles and bubbles. The foot of the slope at both ends should be closely adhered to the heat shrinkable sleeve, without voids and carbonization on the surface.
Hot melt adhesives should overflow in the circumference of heat shrinkable casing. Spark leak detector is used to check the pinholes one by one at the filling point, and the leak detection voltage is 15KV. If pinholes appear, they should be repaired.
The bonding stress of the anticorrosive heat shrinkable sleeve meets the requirements, and the peeling strength is not less than 50N/CM when the temperature of the tube body is about 25 C. (Appendix) Quality inspection of anticorrosive coatings (primers). The quality of anticorrosive coatings (primers) is mainly leak point test. The coatings are completely cured and cooled to ambient temperature. Each patch is tested with a spark detector. The detection voltage is 2 KV for ordinary level and 2.5 KV for reinforcement level. When the testing head contacts the coating, it moves at a speed of about 0.2 m/s.

下面就给大家简要介绍一下用热缩管进行防腐的检验步骤:
防腐热缩套管的质量检验:补口外观逐个检查,防高温热缩管腐热缩管表面应光滑平整,无皱褶,无气泡,两端坡脚处与热缩套贴合紧密,无空隙,表面没有碳化现象。
热缩套管周向应有热熔胶粘剂溢出。补口处应用火花检漏仪逐个进行针孔检查,检漏电压15KV。如出现针孔,应重新补口。
防腐热缩套管的粘接应力符合要求,在管体温度25℃左右时的剥离强度不小于50N/CM。(附)防腐涂料(底漆)质量检验防腐涂料(底漆)的质量主要是漏点验测,在涂层完全固化且冷却至环境温度下。对每个补口进行检测,用火花检测仪器,检测电压:普通级2KV,加强级2.5KV,测试头在接触涂层时,以大约0.2m/s的速度移动。
