Production Process of Cold Shrinkage Tube

Formula: including raw rubber, reinforcing agent, vulcanizing agent and other additives;

Plasticizing: The raw rubber is packed in a refining machine and then parked for use.

Thin through: refers to the rubber thickness is very thin through the two rollers of the training machine, the purpose is three:

1. If it is pure natural rubber, the long molecular chains in NR are broken into small molecular chains by means of thin through-time mechanical shear force, so as to reduce the Mooney viscosity of NR and improve the process operation and processing performance.

2. If it is a blend, it will improve the mixing effect of the blend, and make the components of the blend, such as carbon black, vulcanizer, antioxidant and so on, disperse evenly.

3. If the vulcanizate is regenerated, the larger particles of vulcanizate are crushed into finer particles of vulcanizate powder by using the thin mechanical shear force, which is convenient for recycling.

Blending: weigh the plastic compound, reinforcing agent and additives, then add the mixer to mix. After mixing, discharging the mixer, smelting on the mixer, discharging tablets, and parking for use.

Filtration: After stopping, the mixed rubber is heated and filtered to remove impurities, and then it is cooled and parked.

Sulphur addition: After weighing the filtered rubber mixture, vulcanizing agent is added to the refiner, and the vulcanizing agent is dispersed evenly, then the vulcanizing agent is thinned through.

Thin pass: In the refiner, the vulcanizing agent will be added to the blend rubber thin pass, the strip to be extruded;

Extrusion: According to the requirements of technological parameters, select the appropriate die to adjust to meet the requirements of technological parameters.

Vulcanization: vulcanization of the unvulcanized rubber hose after extrusion, which meets the requirements of the technical parameters of the process, according to the requirements of the technical parameters of the process;

Cutting: Fixed length and cut the vulcanized rubber pipe according to the requirements of the product and the technical parameters. At the same time, check whether there are impurities, bubbles on the surface of the vulcanized rubber pipe and whether there are air holes on the section.

Extrusion, winding and welding of supporting pipes: using the support strip of plastic extruder, then winding, welding, trimming and inspection are carried out on the winding machine according to the requirements of technological parameters.

Expansion: In the expander, the length of pipe and support pipe after vulcanization cutting is expanded well, and the length after expansion is checked.

Finishing: Repair, check, wipe the surface and inspect the exterior of the expanded cold-shrinkable pipe by visual inspection.

Inspection: Check whether there are mechanical impurities, scratches, mechanical damage, air bubbles and deformations of the expanding cold shrinkage pipe. Sample check according to 100% to test the mechanical performance and shrinkage rate.

冷缩管生产工艺流程

配方:包括生胶、补强剂、硫化剂以及其它助剂;

塑炼:将生胶在开炼机上薄通塑炼打包后停放待用;

薄通:是指橡胶厚度很薄地通过开练机的二个辊筒,目的有三:

1、如是纯天然橡胶,则是利用薄通时的机械剪切力,将NR中部分长分子链断裂成小分子链,以降低NR的门尼粘度,提高工艺操作与加工性能;此工艺称为塑炼;

2、如是混炼胶,则是提高混炼胶的混炼效果,使混炼胶中的各组份如炭黑、硫化剂、防老剂等分散均匀;

3、如是硫化胶再生,则是利用薄通时的机械剪切力,将较大颗粒的硫化胶粉碎为较细颗粒的硫化胶粉,便于再生利用。

混炼:将称量配好的塑炼胶,补强剂,助剂,依次加入密炼机进行混炼,混炼好后排出密炼机,在开炼机上开炼、下片,停放后待用;

过滤:将停放后混炼胶热炼后进行过滤,以去除杂质,然后下片、冷却停放;

加硫:将过滤后的混炼胶称量后,在开炼机上加入硫化剂,待硫化剂分散均匀后,进行薄通;

薄通:在开炼机将加好硫化剂的混炼胶薄通,出条待挤出;

挤出:按照工艺技术参数的要求,选择合适的口模进行调整,达到工艺技术参数的要求;

硫化:将挤出后符合工艺技术参数要求的未硫化的胶管,按照工艺技术参数的要求进行硫化;

裁切:将硫化好的胶管按照产品的要求和工艺技术参数的规定进行定长、裁切,同时检查硫化好的管子表面是否有杂质、气泡,断面是否有气孔等;

支撑管的挤出、绕管、焊接:用塑料挤出机支撑条,然后在绕管机上按照工艺技术参数的要求进行绕管、焊接、修整、检验;

扩张:在扩张机上将硫化后裁切定长的管子、支撑管组合扩张好,检查扩张后长度;

整理:对扩张后的冷缩管进行修整、检查、表面擦拭,外观目测检查;

检验:检验扩张后的冷缩管是否有机械杂质、划痕、机械损伤、气泡、支撑管有无变形,按100%进行抽检,检测机械性能、回缩率;

包装:按照客户要求进行包装;
