双壁涂胶热缩管是在热缩管的基本上改良而来的,热缩管在实际利用中主要是起绝缘保护的作用,热缩管在压缩之后会牢牢地包裹在被使用的物体上,然而事实中环境的变化、温度的变更等都不可防止,所以很难保障热缩管与被维护的物体之间完整不一点点空隙,通常用于绝缘的时候这些都不会对产品的保护机能有什么影响,但是一旦被掩护物体不能接触水、不能接触一点空气的时候热缩管就不实用了,这时候就须要有一种可能完全补充旁边缝隙的产品呈现,于是便研制开发了双壁涂胶热缩管产品。

EVA热熔胶是一种不需溶剂、不含水份、100%的固体可熔性的聚合物,在常温下为固体,加热熔融到必定程度热缩管变为能流动且有一定粘性的液体粘合剂,其熔融后为浅棕色半透明体或本白色。

热熔胶重要成分,即基础树脂是乙烯与醋酸乙烯在高压下共聚而成的,再配以增粘剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧剂等制成热熔胶。EVA热熔胶有以下特色:

 

1、在室温下通常为固体,加热到一定程度时熔融为液体,一旦冷却到熔点以下,又敏捷成为固体,(即又固化);

2、应用时,只有将热熔胶加热熔融成所需的液态,并涂抹在被粘物体上,经压合后在多少秒钟内就可实现粘结固化,几分钟内就可到达硬化冷却干燥的水平;

3、胶液涂抹在被粘物上冷却固化后的胶层,还能够再加热熔融,从新变为胶粘体再与被粘物粘接双壁热缩管,存在一定的再粘性;

4、具备固化快、公害低、粘着力强,胶层既有一定柔性、硬度、又有一定的韧性。

125℃片式标识热缩管是以热塑性聚烯烃为基材,添加不含毒性物质的阻燃剂和助剂合成为复合高分子材料,挤出成管状,经γ射线辐照或高能电子束轰击后,线型分子部分链段产生交联,成为具有“形状记忆”的“热固性”材料,加热并将直径扩张至原来的数倍后冷却定型。如果重新加热到80℃~120℃,热缩套管的直径又会回缩到扩张前的尺寸。热缩标识管是在聚烯烃热缩管的基础上,经过特殊处理,使其表面能够适应针式、热转移和激光刻字三种打印机的随机打字,其核心高温热缩管价值在于永久标识。“色码牢固性”是衡量热缩标识管是否优于其它标识方式的基本指标之一,主要以热缩管的理化电气性能、色码在基体上的附着性(耐磨性、耐擦性或耐刮性)、耐溶剂性、色码和基体的耐老化性能来表征.连续工作温度:-55℃~125℃,最低收缩温度:80℃,最低完全收缩温度:110℃.
