High-temperature resistant fiberglass tube is a special fiberglass sleeve made by braiding fiberglass into a tube and then processing it through a high-temperature setting process. This sleeve is an insulating tube without silicone rubber (silicone oil) coating, featuring excellent flexibility, smooth surface, no burrs, and no deformation when bent back and forth. It can withstand high temperatures ranging from 400 to 600℃, with an insulation breakdown voltage of 800V-1000V. The biggest advantage of this insulating tube is its high temperature resistance, but its voltage resistance cannot exceed 1000V. Another minor drawback is that the cut ends are prone to fuzzing and are not as flat as ordinary fiberglass tubes. If the length used is short, they may also fall apart. The specifications of this tube range from Φ0.5mm to Φ35mm, making it suitable for insulating and protecting electrical appliances that require high temperature resistance.

Silicone rubber fiberglass sleeving (also known as silicone fiberglass sleeving or fiberglass tube) is made by braiding alkali-free fiberglass into a tubular shape, dipping it in silicone rubber, and then heating it for curing. It possesses strong dielectric properties, high heat resistance, good self-extinguishing ability, and flexibility. This insulating sleeve can withstand a maximum voltage of 7000V, and the cut ends are relatively smooth, avoiding the minor defects found in fixed temperature sleeves. However, the maximum temperature resistance of this sleeve is only 260℃, with a long-term temperature resistance of 200℃ under normal conditions. The specifications of this sleeve range from Φ0.5mm to Φ25mm, and it is widely used for insulation protection in H-grade insulation motors, household appliances, lighting, electric heating products, electrical equipment, and heat-resistant electrical appliances.
