   2. There is no supporting supply advantage. Foreign companies usually sell raw rubber, but also have rubber compound (premix) or master batch to supply the market, and can provide different formula rubber types according to the needs of users, which is very useful for users. Convenience. The production enterprises in my country mainly supply raw rubber, and there is little research on the application of the product. The types of premixed rubber are monotonous and the level is not high. In addition, there is a lack of professional rubber manufacturers with certain technical level and scale advantages in China, which makes it difficult to form a supporting supply. Competitive advantage. This has largely affected the application of fluorine rubber, and also restricted the export of fluorine rubber, especially to developing countries with underdeveloped processing methods.

   3. The formulation is backward. At present, domestic fluororubber companies still mainly focus on the research of ordinary formulas. The quality standards for fluororubber inspection are still based on the performance of the traditional 3# vulcanizing agent vulcanizate, which is difficult to meet the high performance vulcanization system (such as double Phenol-AF) requirements. Some users, such as Volkswagen Manufacturing Company and General Motors Manufacturing Company, cannot use domestic rubber due to non-compliance with the testing requirements. This is largely not a problem of raw rubber, but a reason for the formulation.

  For this reason, it is recommended that domestic fluororubber companies actively carry out application formula research while increasing the development of new products. At the same time, fluororubber companies must pay attention to strengthening technical services and technical cooperation. Because the processing performance of fluorine rubber is worse than that of ordinary rubber, it has higher requirements for vulcanization conditions. Generally, two-stage vulcanization is required, and the vulcanization temperature is high, the time is long, and the operation is complicated.

  Therefore, fluororubber sales personnel must be familiar with the production, application and key processing technologies of fluororubber, so as to guide users to choose and use fluororubber products according to their requirements.

  Fluorine rubber is a high-tech product with broad market prospects. At present, three domestic manufacturers are committed to the production and development of fluorine rubber. The fluoropolymer base project invested and constructed by Japan's Daikin Company in Changshu has also started, including the fluororubber project. Enterprises such as Zhejiang Juhua and Shandong Dongyue have planned to invest in the construction of fluorine rubber devices. Due to the limitation of domestic application processing technology, the actual production capacity of fluorine rubber in my country has greatly exceeded market demand.


  Therefore, for my country to develop fluororubber, it is more important to improve the technical level and product quality of existing enterprises, develop new varieties, develop rubber compounds, master batches and other series of products, strengthen application research, and improve processing methods and capabilities. It is not simply expanding the scale of production and fighting a price war on low-end product competition. The government should correctly guide enterprises and strengthen the research on the development strategy of fluororubber, strengthen macro-control, moderately cool the development of general-purpose fluororubber, avoid the unfavorable situation of vicious competition, and achieve a scientific overall plan and a reasonable layout.

氟橡胶工业关键技术方案

   1. 品种单一国外氟橡胶品种多样,仅杜邦公司一家就拥有30多个氟橡胶品种,除固态胶外,还开发出液体产品。而我国氟橡胶品种不到10个,高氟含量氟橡胶、耐低温氟橡胶和直接用过氧化物硫化的胶种还处于试制阶段,新产品如偏氟乙烯系橡胶、磷腈氟橡胶及不需二段硫化的氟橡胶和用于半导体工业的高纯氟橡胶还没有正式投放市场(国外这些产品早在上世纪80~90年代就已经实现了商品化),这在一定程度上限制了国内氟橡胶的加工应用和推广。

   2. 没有形成配套供货优势国外企业通常既卖生胶,又有混炼胶(预混胶)或母炼胶供应市场,并可根据用户的需求提供不同配方的胶种,对用户使用十分方便。我国生产企业以供应生胶为主,对产品的应用研究较少,预混胶种类单调且水平不高,加之国内缺少具有一定技术水平和规模优势的配合胶专业生产厂家,难以形成配套供货的竞争优势。这在很大程度上影响了氟橡胶的应用,也制约着氟橡胶的出口,特别是向加工手段不发达的发展中国家的出口。

   3. 配方落后目前,国内氟橡胶企业还主要停留在普通配方的研究上,企业检验氟橡胶质量的标准仍以传统的3#硫化剂硫化胶性能为准,难以满足高性能硫化体系(如双酚-AF)的要求。一些用户如大众汽车制造公司、通用汽车制造公司等都因检测方面不符合要求而不能使用国产胶,这在很大程度上不是生胶的问题,而是配方的原因。  

  为此,建议国内氟橡胶企业在加大新产品开发的同时,积极开展应用配方研究。同时,氟橡胶企业一定要注意加强技术服务和技术合作。因为氟橡胶加工性能比普通橡胶差,其对硫化条件的要求较高,一般需要进行两段硫化,且硫化温度高、时间长,操作繁琐。

  因此,氟橡胶销售人员要熟悉氟橡胶的生产、应用和关键加工技术,以便能够根据用户的要求,指导用户选择和使用好氟橡胶产品。

  氟橡胶是具有广阔市场前景的高新技术产品。目前国内3个生产厂家都致力于氟橡胶的生产和开发。日本大金公司在常熟投资建设的氟聚合物基地项目也已开始启动,其中包括氟橡胶项目。浙江巨化、山东东岳等企业已计划投资建设氟橡胶装置。由于国内应用加工技术的限制,目前我国氟橡胶实际生产能力已经大大超出市场需求。


  因此,我国要发展氟橡胶,更重要的是提高现有企业技术水平和产品质量,开发新的品种,开发混炼胶、母炼胶等系列产品,加强应用研究,提高加工手段和能力,而不是单纯扩大生产规模和在低端产品竞争上大打价格战。政府要对企业进行正确引导并加强氟橡胶发展战略研究,加强宏观调控力度,对发展通用型氟橡胶要适度降温,避免造成恶性竞争的不佳局面,做到总体规划科学,布局合理。
