Currently, IEC / TC112 some new techniques and methods of inclusion criteria, grouped into the following five areas:

1, and thermogravimetric analysis method (TGA) Evaluation of aging heat shrinkable tube of insulating material by thermal gravimetry (the DGA) activation energy, the parallel test technique after verification, to be introduced into the standard;

上一篇讲述了电气绝缘材料标准化趋势,接下来讲一下电气绝缘材料标准化动态,主要分为5个方面。IEC/TC112自从成立以来,为了发布10项国际标准和修订20项国际标准,在制定和修订过程中做了大量工作。所发表的国际标准是基于现有的新技术和新方法,目前绝缘材料和系统急需的测试技术,包括电气绝缘材料的电离辐射作用的影响、聚合物长期辐射老化、聚合物材料循环再利用、电气绝缘系统的耐热 耐高温热缩管规程、空间电荷测量方法(PEA和PWP)、深圳热缩管绝缘材料耐热性简化试验、击穿数据统计分析和评估电气绝缘材料的一般方法等。


目前,IEC/TC112将一些新的技术和方法纳入标准中,归纳为如下5个方面:

1、利用热重分析法(DGA)和热重分析仪法(TGA)评估绝缘材料热缩管老化的活化能,该技术在经过平行试验验证后,将被引入标准中;

2、应IEC/TC2(旋转电机委员会)的要求,考虑将电气绝缘材料与系统局部放电测量方法技术规范上升为国际标准,并参考IEC/TC42(高电压与电流测试技术委员会)中相关的标准;

3、开展了浸渍和涂覆材料的体积电阻和体积电阻率的测试方法的研制;

4、拟开展电动机的液体和固体混合组件热评估测试方法的研制;

5、针对高压电动机和发电机的绝缘系统热评估将开展标准研制工作。
