母排热缩管的选型注意

母排就是指供电系统中,电柜中总制开关与各分路电路中的开关的连接铜排或铝排.表面有做绝缘处理.主要作用是做导线用。

   有时也称母线排,是电力配电设备上的导电材料名称,材质扁铜(相当于电线),没有绝缘层,外面刷有表示相序的颜色油漆,主要用于室内变压器到配电柜再到电源总闸然后连接到各分闸。

   母排热缩管:用热收缩材料制造的管材,使用时套装在电气设备的母排上加热后收缩在母排上,起到安全防护或缩短相间距离的绝缘作用。

母排热缩管选型注意事项一:确定电压等级

   一般的母排热缩管有三个电压等级,1KV,10KV,35KV。不同的电压等级厚度不一样,价格也不一样,所以我们在选择母排热缩管的时候一定要选择对应的电压等级。

母排热缩管选型注意事项二:确定所需要保护母排的尺寸。

   母排的大小是根据所用电流大小绝对的,一般我们选择的母排尺寸为常规尺寸:15*3,20*3,25*3,30*4,40*4,40*5,50*5,50*6,60*6,60*8,60*10,80*6,80*8,80*10,100*6,100*8,100*10,120*8,120*10,2(60*6),2(60*8),2(60×10), 2(80×6) ,2(80×8), 2(80×10) ,2(100×6) ,2(100×8) 2(100×10), 2(120×8) ,2(120×10)…

所以选型的时候,我们根据实际母排尺寸,选择对应母排热缩管型号就可以。(比如使用的是20*3的母排,我们就可以选用Ф20的母排即可。)

   但是如果出现特殊型号的母排,我们无法找到标准的母排热缩管与之对应的时候,我们可以根据公式D=L+W(D是母排热缩管的内劲,L是母排的宽度,W是母排的厚度)。

   当然在也有很多时候,没有那么合适的型号给你选择,那么在选择的时候,我们要注意:

   1.  如果选择型号过小的母排热缩管,使用后的热缩管厚度可能会偏薄,达不到安全绝缘的效果,也有可能会是母排热缩管破裂。

   2.  如果选择型号过大的母排热缩管,使用后热缩管可能会出现收缩不紧,或者收缩后的外观褶皱。
